AURORE
I grew up in the south of France, in a region long devoted to leather craftsmanship. While large-scale industry has faded, exceptional artisanal expertise endures — passed down with precision and deep respect for the materials.
My work continues this legacy. Trained in pattern making and a graduate of the University of Nîmes — emblematic home of Maison Cacharel — I chose to step away from mass production to champion a more local, responsible, and enduring vision of creation.
Each design is produced in limited quantities, often made to order, to avoid overproduction. I carefully select leathers from responsible tanneries, prioritise short supply chains, and honour every material by minimising waste. To create less, but better: objects designed to endure — repairable, timeless, and sincere.
Creating responsibly means preserving artisanal craftsmanship, supporting local economies, and bringing intention back to what we choose to buy. Behind every piece lies a story, a savoir-faire, and a conscious commitment to excellence.
THE BRAND
Founded in 2014, Ligne Aurore was born from a passion for fashion and a profound dedication to craftsmanship.
The house designs accessories with a timeless, minimalist aesthetic — pieces conceived to accompany women who are engaged, feminine, and dynamic in their daily lives.
Each creation balances elegance, lightness, and practicality, offering a natural feel and effortless comfort from morning through evening.

CRÉATION
Each bag is imagined and meticulously crafted in my Marseille workshop.
I devote my expertise and passion to creations that are entirely French and locally made.
The City of Marseille has recognised my workshop as an “Artisan d’Art”—a distinction reflecting both quality and excellence.
THE MATERIAL
Leather is a natural, living material that develops a patina over time. For this reason, each hide is selected with the utmost care. Its subtle irregularities are not imperfections, but the mark of authenticity and character.
I work exclusively with French, Italian, and Spanish leathers, sourced from traditional, high-quality tanneries, favouring short supply chains to reduce environmental impact.
More recently, I returned to textiles, working with upcycled materials and responsibly produced fabrics. From this commitment emerged an eco-conscious collection of bags, including the Marthe, the Tote, and the Giselle Mini.
In the same spirit, I am developing a refined tableware line — tablecloths, placemats, napkins, and aprons — where style meets environmental responsibility.
PACKAGING
Each bag is carefully placed in a Ligne Aurore dust bag, designed to create a moment of quiet pleasure from the instant your parcel is opened. Both elegant and protective, it accompanies your piece over time, combining beauty with purpose.
