General Terms and Conditions of Sale for products sold on ligneaurore.com

Article 1 - Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sales by the company “Ligne Aurore”, Rue d'Endoume, 13007 Marseille, of leather goods and the manufacture of other clothing and accessories made of natural leather or vegetable-tanned leather.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes at the time of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
In the case of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of Ligne Aurore. They are your responsibility and under your full liability, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities regarding these matters.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Ligne Aurore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in force at the time of order validation and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Ligne Aurore until full payment has been received.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to you.

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of order validation.
Ligne Aurore reserves the right not to register a payment or confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of a supply problem or difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order placed on the website ligneaurore.com implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Any confirmation of an order implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
All provided data and recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare that you have full knowledge of them.
Order confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address used for order confirmation.
Article 5 - Payment
Validating your order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for purchases is made by credit card via a secure system.
The card is only charged at the time of shipment of the order. In the case of partial shipments, only the shipped products are charged.
Article 6 - Withdrawal (Right of cancellation)
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your liability is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product may invalidate the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ligne Aurore will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days following notification of your request, using the same payment method used when ordering.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with prior express consent of the consumer
Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations
Custom-made or personalized goods
Perishable goods
Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
Goods mixed inseparably with other items
Alcoholic beverages with delayed delivery
Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions)
Public auction transactions
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium after prior consent
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website ligneaurore.com and within the limits of available stock.
For non-stocked products, our offers are subject to availability from suppliers.
In case of unavailability after placing an order, you will be informed by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
The website is not intended to sell products in large quantities.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe specified on the order validation page.
In case of shipping delay, you will be informed by email.
In accordance with legal provisions, in case of delivery delay, you may cancel the order under the conditions defined by French law. If you receive the product in the meantime, it will be refunded along with delivery costs.
In the case of delivery by a carrier, Ligne Aurore cannot be held responsible for delays due to the customer’s unavailability after several appointment proposals.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of non-conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All claims must be made by email within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all elements. Shipping and return costs will be reimbursed upon proof.
This does not affect your right of withdrawal.
Article 10 - Liability
Products comply with current French legislation.
Ligne Aurore cannot be held liable in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country of delivery.
The company is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product.
It is also not liable for issues related to Internet use (service interruption, intrusion, viruses).
Article 11 - Applicable law in case of dispute
The language of this contract is French. These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements of the website ligneaurore.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ligne Aurore.
Any reproduction or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Article 13 - Personal data
Ligne Aurore reserves the right to collect personal data necessary for order processing and service improvement.
This data may be shared with partner companies involved in order processing.
Data is also kept for security and legal compliance purposes.
In accordance with French law, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data directly on the website.
Article 14 - Archiving / Proof
Ligne Aurore will archive orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with French law.
