Returns and Exchanges:

You have 14 working days after receiving your order (date indicated on your tracking information) to change your mind and return your order. In this case, please email us as soon as possible to inform us.

Important: a custom-made or discounted order is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

 

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any incomplete, worn, damaged, or stained item will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if the return conditions are not met.

 

Return period:

Any return made after the deadline, or containing an item sent in poor condition, may be refused. Orders with charges payable upon delivery will be systematically refused.

 

Refund processing time:

After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund will be processed within approximately 7 working days.

 

What to do if there is a problem with your item?

We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products. However, if, despite the numerous quality checks performed, a defect is found, please report the problem to contact.ligneaurore@gmail.com, attaching photos of your item, within 15 days.

We will not issue any refunds or exchanges after this period.
